Transcript Requests

Current and Alumni/Graduates of New Urban Online can request an unofficial or official copy of their transcript.

Requests can also be made here if you previously attended the Virtual Online Program

You will need to provide proof of identity, such as a driver's license, a passport, a state/government identification card with a picture, or a New Urban Online student ID card with a student ID number on it.
Please submit the Transcript Request form below and the office staff will process it in the next 3 business days.
